I ordered nokia phone through Amazon site. I did not receive the item yet it started showing delivered. I complained against it via their customer care number. They assured to look into the matter and gave me a date.Date came and gone but nothing was done against it. They are maintaining their stance that the item was delivered and saying that they can’t do anything about it.
