• i have made a purchase through online payment at Amazon, when the delevary agent called I didn’t pick up the call due to personal reasons but the same the day I called number went switch off next day called to agent as he is telling like due to online payment we can’t cancel the order so he made it as delivered without my permission and will deliver tomorrow waited one more day same story. When I called to Amazon support saying that sorry for the inconveniences we will start refund it will take 3 to 5 days. This process has took 15 days of time if any customer is in need of the product how eagerly waiting for that..but these ecommerce are playing like this and wasting time.
