I had placed an order in ajio on 10th December 2021 and on 14th December one of the package got delivered which should have contained 3items in that according to the app and email order updates
And then there were only two items in the package and one was missing in that
I raised the complaint twice but then closed it telling that all items are delivered to you successfully
It s a genuine complaint or issue that Iam facing
One of the item was missing in the package
Ajio customer care people they don’t receive my cal
Or either keeep in hold
They didn’t not provide me genuine resolution
They shud have either provided me the product or refund in return
I’ve got nothing now and they are also not responding to my concern
