I’ve order wipro tube light with alexa echo 4th generation on amazon app, but i just received tube light and not echo dot. After complaining customer care, they set up an investigation team which reported that item was delivered. But the delivering agent also said he was not giving echo dot for delivery, hence he himself confessed he just gave tubelight. And on what basis investigating team declared that item was received ? Its a fraud by accepting payment on amazon and delivering nothing with no core values of customer care executive.
Complain is I didnt yet received Echo dot 4th generation and customer care said they cannot do anything on their behalf.
