Dear [FLIPKART],
I would like to inform you that there is an item missing from the products I ordered from your company. The item [GLOBAL KERATIN HAIR MOISTURIZING SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER DUO] with the order ID- OD222080467654886000, Shampoo bottle was not included in the box that you sent us on [20/06/2021].At the time of delivery while receiving the item I told the delivery boy that some item is missing from the package I showed him many times then he suggested me to do a complaint to Flipkart he said I can’t help you and he left immediately.
I informed customer care many times and it had been said that the issue will be resolved by 24th June and you will get refund or missing item but twice I got a mail that the refund request has been rejected from seller side which is very annoying.
I attach the order details together with this email and I also include a picture of the package and the items inside it. I would be grateful if you would supply us with the missing item as quickly as possible.
