hi,
i have ordered 2 packs of surfexcel matic pack of 4k+2kg means 12kg and paid Rs811 +Rs.811 for the same.
when the delivery come i received only 6kg (which is not a surf excel but some loose detergent) so i raised 2 complaints
1 is to return wrong item i received (6kg) and 2 is for item not received(6kg surf)
my 1 issue is resolved the item got picked up and return Rs811. but for the missing item they are not taking any action and not returning my money (Rs811)
so plz take any immediate action and return my money ASAP
