I ordered a item whose prder no. is as 404-4264531-9455548 which was missing in the packet after that i ccontactrd to customer service they firstly told they will ossue refund and after that they said we will investigate and will provide resolution on 2 aug 2021 but now they are saying we cant take any acrion for the same
