I ordered two items( 1 Computer headphone and 2 smartwatches) on 9th May on Amazon and they delivered only computer headset on 13th may but they updated in the app they delivered 2 smartwatches as well in the same shipment.

I received only computer headset and raised a compliant to the Amazon team.

Amazon team updated that in their investigation they found 2 smartwatches delivered.

I asked for investigation details but they refused to share.

Please do the needful.
