Dear sir
I had ordered a smartphone through Amazon at 26nov 2022 which is delivered 28 Nov 2022..
I requested to delivery boy for Open Box Delivery then he said that Amazon does not give Open Box Delivery..so I first paid to purchase amount via QR code scan……then he give me Package… I open my package front of Delivery boy ….Here is a shop..item missing…I said delivery boy to return this…he denied to take return.immediately I raise a complain related this product.i talk with specialist team…they say me to wait 4Dec 2022.
At 4Dec 2022, I return call to Amazon Helpline no. Then they say me that my item is delivered successfully….
But I am really sorry that I have not received my smartphone…… Please help me sir?
