Ihad booked a phone online in Amazon.in.but item missed in the box.means empty box i found and I contacted customer care regards this.refund request also placed .but they said wait for 5days.later we will investigate and Book a file against.but after 5days i called to customer care they told that item delivered to you so that we can’t give any refund or replacement item to me.i called so many times to customer care.but they repeated that item delivered and we can’t do anything.so plz give my money r item replacement required.
