Hi,

I ordered smart watch from Sparle and shipped by winterlookk.myshopify.com. But I received simple analog watch from them. I am unable to return the received item and there is no provision for talking to customer care for help. When I try to view order or contact store, it’s giving error that store is not available.

Kindly help to get me my refund.
