I have purchased 2 wall paintings from myntra. The quality was very poor so I requested for refund. It’s been 2 months I will called, messaged, mailed the complaint. I called them for more than 20 times. Every time I call they will ask me to wait for 48 hours.. I am going to shift my place. I informed them that also.. They are neither picking up the item not giving the refund. I am fed up with myntra.. Very poor costomer care. Today I am moving to another place, after 2 months of complaining they are asking me to wait for 24 hours more, they says they need to check what the problem is. So finally after 2 months they started a enquiery about what is happening ?♀️. And they are asking me to wait 1 day which is not possible as iam moving. Myntra is not giving any value for costomers.. Very pathetic costomer care
