I have ordered 3 bean bags on 2nd of December. Out of these only 2 were delivered on 11th of December. But in the amazon website it showed all 3 were delivered. I immediately checked with the delivery boy. He said the missing one could be coming. I raised an enquiry with Amazon customer care. The amazon team assured that the package is on the way and it shall be delivered by 14th. But I did not receive it again. So, I called the Amazon customer care on 14th and registered the complaint and they assured to investigate and resolve it in 5 days.
After 5 days when I call to Amazon customer care it says that they can not do anything about this as their sources say that all the items are delivered.
This is insane! Shame on Amazon to close the investagion like this. I had been a loyal customer to Amazon from 5years. Now, I have lost the trust completely. I request the relevant people to look into this issue and help.
