Text of Complaint by arul ramakrishnan:

I am Arul, son of Mrs Shanthi Ramakrishnan, last month, I bought an electric kitchen hood from DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED through AMAZON. I ORDERED ON 12TH and got that item on 17th Sep. THEY ARRANGED FOR INSTALLATION ON THE 21ST. THEY DIDN’T PROVIDE THE FREE INSTALLATION KIT AS THEY SAID, INSTEAD, THEY ASKED EXTRA Rs1300 FOR THAT. WE PAID Rs.600 FOR THE INSTALLATION BUT THE INSTALLATION NOT COMPLEATED DUE TO THIS ISSUE. WE CONTACTED AMAZON THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD REIMBURSE THAT MONEY IF WE PAY AND COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. I CALLED THAT SERVICE PERSON BUT NO RESPONSE, SO WE FINISHED THE INSTALLATION AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. LATER I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT THEY TRIED TO CALL US REGARDING THIS BUT THEY COULD NOT. HOWEVER, AMAZON DID NOT CONTACT US FOR THE REIMBURSE. THIS ISSUE HAS GIVEN A LOT OF MENTAL STRESS AND WORRIES. NOW THERE IS NO OPTION TO RETURN THE ITEM. MY PARENTS WHO OPPOSED THE ONLINE PURCHASE WERE NOT CAPABLE OF DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE. I NEED HELP IN THIS MATTER, PLEASE HELP US.
