I have raise a return for an item and it hasn’t been picked up yet. I have called Amazon customer care more than 10 times but they have just been making fake promises that it will be picked up in next three days. It has been more than a month but the return item hasn’t been picked up yet. Amazon doesn’t seem to care about my problem, they just expect me to wait for an unknown period of time. They are not ready to return my money back even though it is very clear that they are failing to pick up the item
