I placed an order for a 32000mAh power bank from the website Allhitcart.com. The item that was advertised was not the item received, instead of sending the 32000mAh power bank I received a 7800mAh power bank.
I emailed the website on the same day a it was received and have not received a response.
The order number is AHS29074643882C.
I requested a refund and the item to be collected, and I have still received no response from the website.
