I had order a mattress during the sale period and Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered today (14-Nov-2021).
The order was cancelled today without any prior information to me. Since the sale period is over the price of the product on Amazon and other vendors have been hiked. I had ordered the product during a lightening deal and received a discount of 1664 for it, as well as 712 in bank discounts.
I would like to be compensated for the difference in price as the price of the product has been hiked and this was done without my consent and now I have to face the mental harassment for replacing this at a higher cost.
I had consulted with customer service on this and had not been offered any satisfactory resolution.
