I wanted to withdraw the amount of 10000 by paytm debit card on 08/11/2019. It was a failed transaction, but the amount was debited from my paytm savings account. Reference number of the transaction is 931207646407.

I complained to the customer service several times. But no satisfactory answer is yet available to me.

My complaint was filed with the paytm payment bank service on 8/11/19 under Complaint number 14556798
