I ordered ACUBRAIN 100kg*10 GM X series weighing scale on 17 July 22.

I received that one due to some size problem I placed refund ,they pickup that weighing scale on 29 July and marked as refund completed but I didn’t receive any amount to my bank account till now.
I raised an issue about this to Flipkart but they saying the seller already refunded to your account ,I checked with the given reference number and my bank also said that no amount refunded with this reference number like that.
So only I raised an complaint about this ,please help me about this and I am in some financial issues so I am requesting you to help me
