Dear sir/mam
I had recharged my SIM card 8130117570 by True Balance application on 22-08-2020 at 2:43 PM which has not been recharged yet.True Balance said that Talk to your service provider with the operator ID(723713409). True Balance has given me Service ID provided 723713409. Please check it out and act as soon as possible.
