Text of Complaint by B Jagannathan:

I ordered vide my order no.127483 Blissful White and Blue Soft Silk Saree one number. Great Indian Sarees said Cash On Delivery and Open Delivery not allowed. However I honoured and Paid Rs.1149 and accepted the courier. On opening the pack I was surprised to see a Green Colour Saree instead of the one I ordered. So I sent a letter through speed post to them. In turn they asked me to return back the saree. I returned the same by speed post on 03/09/2019 which was received by them on 09/09/2019. So far they have not refunded my money. I don’t want take one more chance with them. I want my money back with courier speed post cost etc.Great Indian Saree this have not complied and fulfilled their terms and condition.
