I have a motherboard of Asus company. The motherboard had some technical problems so I had it replaced it on 25th of February and it didn’t even worked properly for 40 days it showed problem again on 5 April . I emailed them regarding the problem and they told me wait until the lockdown is over , and I wait this far shops are opening and Amazon and Flipkart are reaching the customers and they are making the same excuse . I asked them for refund or a doorstep services but they negated to every thing, instead I got a call from Asus customer care explain me about policy’s and that they can’t help me . And I have the warranty remaining till October 2020 and still they can’t help me . Please help me in this situation, I know that an motherboard is not a big thing but company’s attitude towards the customers is not appropriate, and the service is very poor .
