i recharge my airtel sim card(prepaid)two time in month of march in lockdown.
after two day that sim card doesn’t show any network.
after that i went to an airtel office.
there is who said that if you want to activate your sim you need five sim card he doesn’t mention its postpaid. i said ok but then after all the proccess thyen he said its postpaid plan.
i said to him i don’t want all the please deactive all these sim card and activate my old sim. he said its long process and that. then he said your sim card is not on your name its on your father’s name then i said okay tell me the legal process i have all the documents. he just tell me come tomorrow ,after week,and i went airtel office like every day whenever office is open and he saying come tomorrow after week. all my otp bank account adhhar card pan card linked to that sim card.
due to this problem i cant even transaction money.
