In month of March I got wrongly charged for International Roaming which I have never requested to activate on my number it was 2700 Which we still paid just to keep activate my number I sailed Onboard and here I don’t need international Roaming I use ship Wifi which I have to pay for it, Then why should I ask for International Roaming from Airtel even my sister visited to Ghatkopar west gallery’s , Manager of the gallery was very rude and she said you have to pay for it no matter if you used or not also she advised if you want to disconnect your number you can do it I don’t know her name but she is not ready to listen even today my brother visited to the gallery she replied him the same answer please understand if you are in international roaming and your card get deactivate how I am going to connect my family and I am using this number last 15 years I never had such issued in past If you really want me to deactivate my number please let me know bcoz I am not going to pay 2700 Rs which I had not used, also she lied that we will receive a call with the complaint number which we never received I gave her alternate number for my sister + 91 – 9967255489 , kindly request you to look into the matter as I am RECEIVENG message every single day to pay the dues for 9987712003
