I’m facing a lot of problem while using my internet..I don’t know how many times i have complained regarding the internet issue in my area but Airtel company is not at all concerned about solving his own customer’s problem… I was having the problem in using my data pack due to network fluctuation in my locality from past seven months and now I’m facing the same issue in other regions as well… I have contacted their customer care officer so many times and they all told me “We will soon fix this problem” … i’m fed up of complaining and now i believe that airtel has the worst customer care help services as compared to other telecom companies in India..
Nowadays, i’m facing a new problem that is i’m unable to use my data pack from past 20 days.. i use to recharge my prepaid sim with ₹ 449 /- unlimited 4G monthly pack of 2GB per day data and now i can’t even use 500 MB of my daily quota. I had no other option but to use other person’s mobile hotspot.. Airtel is not at all concerned about solving this problem.. What is the purpose of using 4G network if they can’t even provide better internet speed and moreover, i am not even getting the speed of 2G??!! The whole day , i’m unable to use even 1 MB of data .. Only after 12am ,it is possile to use the internet for 1 or 2 hour.
I live in Gomtinagar ( Lucknow city ,UP) which is an urban area but still i am facing such issues.. I don’t know how many times i have contacted their customer care officer , emailed them, have written complaints in their airtel app but i still didn’t get any reply from their side.
I request you to look into this matter and do the needful to resolve this matter .
