I Aditya Kumar and on 18th Jan 2023 ordered sweets from Swiggy (Bundl Technologies Private Limited) registered restaurant but I got stale and smelled sweet and for same I complaint to Swiggy at the same time but I for some time they didn’t respond and later they refused to admit their mistake and when I followed them frequently they admitted and apologies for their mistakes but they refused to refund amount which I paid for food as said it is restaurant fault so I have complained against restaurant but I ordered food from Swiggy so I believe Swiggy is responsible and they should resolve this issue. so please look into this matter.
