I am postpaid customer for Airtel company.recently my sim got damaged and I visited nearest airtel store but which is 25 km far from my place . I have submitted aadar card then they took my photograph in live. after that I took the sim card and left the store. After 24 hrs also my sim not activated.i came to know from customer care that my photograph in aadar and live is not matched.how come you guys expect present picture exactly same as the picture which has been taken 10 years back .I visited the store again and still it got rejected.everything is linked with the phone number.how could it be resolved
