i booked a ticket on 4 january and travolook canceled that ticket by their own end . I am trying to connect with the customer care but they are not receiving my call. When I sent a mail, they replied and every time they said that please wait for 7 working days. I will refund your money but they are not refunding. Sometimes they are not responding to mails also. When i said that ill take legal action against your company then they replied that they will refund my money in 7 days but they did not refund my money till now.
