Approx 1 and half year ago i bought Redmi Note10 Pro Max mobile phone. Somedays ago i updated my phone which was uploaded by company. After updation my phone’s front camera is not working. Than i visited to Redmi service centre Hazratganj, Lucknow, they said to me that my phone is out of warranty so you have to pay Rs.12000, if you want to get your phone repaired.
Why should i pay for that mistake which is done by company. Every Redmi note 10 pro and Redmi Note 10 pro max phone user is facing this problem. Some of them meet me in service centre. We are helpless. Redmi is cheating with their Coustmers.
Help me Sir/Mam.
