I am holding airtel my family plan for my 5 numbers consisting of one prime number and 4 child numbers.
I was having an advance rental plan for my 4 child numbers and wanted to renew the same which they committed that it has been activated but to my surprise they are seperately charging for child numbers and are not providing me the advance rental plan as per their mail commitment.
but I am now told that it was a mistake and cannot provide you this plan
