Recently around 15 days ago i Exchange my Phone with an Iphone,The person who gives the iphone wants a Android phone,I gave him my 4 month old device with Original bill,He promised me to give the bill of his phone when His Sim card will activated because the ID of Flipkart from where he purchased this identify by that Number,He told me,Once the sim will activate i will give you the Invoice,After 2-3 days when i asked for the bill he makes excuses that wait or the bill was missed etc,Its been more than 15 days,Now he is threatning me that he will complain that his phone got stolen or missing also Abusing me and calling from Many numbers asking to Return the phone and give it back.Please help
