I hope I can explain my integrity with the fact that I am carrying the number @9810009082 from more than two decades I have been most trusted partner of Airtel.
But it is really disheartening the way Airtel has started working your customer care is really in bad shape.
The problem starts from month of June where apart from my number 9810009082 I have 2 more numbers
a> 8800998169 – in name of bushan lal dhar
b> 9870365620 – child number in name of bushan lal dhar – my father
9870365620 was under 8800998169 family. Problem was that the number 9870365620 was not having Data in it. So I went to Airtel store in Rohini. Due to Covid they were like very reluctant and asked me to down load airtel app on 9810009082 upgrade my plan to 999 and add both a & b numbers to my number as a child account.
I called customer care where I came to know that before adding both numbers first I have to disintegrate the numbers pay the bill of 9810009082& 8800998169 and then I can add.
I immediately cleared the bills and with help of customer care I was able to add 8800998169. After this was done the executive told me there is some problem and he has initiated the request for other number 9870365620 and I will get message on the same where I have to confirm and then that will be added.
I waited for couple of days and I could see an sms of some 180-200 rs due coming on 9870365620. I went back to airtel store rohini and seeked their help but they said I have to raise it to customer care. I spoke to some lady at customer care who promised me to get back. and then starts the problem which has become an issue. I was promised call back but no revert and after again calling to Airtel Baswaraj who is the senior person and Md Ishan said they will definitely close and get back. Then it is going ang going on
I must have called customer care nothing less than 11 – 12 times. I am asking them escalation they are not providing they went and started doing investigation and the Manager Rahul of airtel store called. Nothing happened I don’t know who why and how did they put 999/- plan on 9870365620. You have all recordings kindly chk and let me know. There were 2 calls from Airtel that they will revert and Abhilash said it will be closed by 31st.
Till date nothing has happened.
I am tired of your customer care fake promises and I have asked customer carew strongly to close the number – 9870365620 and looks like they generated the service request today 31-3294552713808. Kindly disconnect this number.
Second I would like to close my number 9810009082& 880998169 close the bill and port both numbers to jio.
I feel the brand loyalty is no worth so kindly send the amount that is due on the number.
It is really sad statement to make that kindly put your house in shape as today Shivani and Anjani who is supervisor started negotiation and are saying I can wave off 500/- and you pay for 9870365620. I will close it today. If they have the authority to do it today why they were not addressing it from 2 months they are waiting and seeing customer frustrate or is this a vegetable shop that pay less and shop.
