I have booked by tickets 13th August 2021 and 16th August 2021 with REF421536758 and REF150083319 respectively. Both tickets were cancelled by the airlines.
It has been almost 10 months and my refund has not been yet been issued.
I have been calling the customer care and writing emails to Travolook but their response is always same i.e. “You will get your refund within 5-10 working days”.
I have no idea what should be done next.
I have been mentally tortured and harassed by Travolook.
