I have order jeans from Amazon which I have received was different so for it I have placed a return request for refund , it was picked by Amazon return agent on 18 April and for which I haven’t received any refund till date. And now they are saying that they can not provide me with the refund of the same product because it’s is duplicate, I have returned what I have received and neither they are giving my order back to me which I have returned and refund.
