We have completed the registration & KYC for new Jio Fiber Net connection on 1st Nov 2020. Also paid the Amount (Rs.1500) on the same day. Jio Person told me that they will issue the connection in 2 to 3 days time.That’s why we opted for Jio Fiber. But till now they have not given the connection even after several reminders to local Jio representatives & Jio Customer Care team. We are not getting proper response also from them.
We need this connection an urgently bases for my Children’s online classes & for myself to WFH.
We had never faced this kind of issue with any service provider in my life. Hope they are doing business with customers money by holding the connection for more than 25 days.
Expecting to close this issue at the earliest.
