I have been a customer since a long time but I am facing issues with Airtel setup box since the last year first it was not that much but as time passed the problem just increased. I have been paying for almost all channels which cost me ₹300 per month but since the last many month my money is just going in waste because there are only very few channels which I am able to see other blackout and show error code that my weather is bad but let me tell you the weather has been good mostly every day. I have even tried complaining several times but you just not seem to be working on it. It has been a week since now I am able to watch just two to three channels. I even bought a new setup box last year of HD+ but then also. At last I just want to say that please solve these issues or I will have to change my setup box’s company. I therefore request you to look into this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for hearing me out.
