I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently facing with regards to the repayment of my personal loan, which I obtained through the Cash Been app during the lockdown period.

Since the inception of the loan, I have been diligently making on-time payments as per the agreed-upon schedule. However, as I approach the next installment, I have encountered a significant challenge – the absence of any visible repayment options within the Cash Been app.

I have explored the app thoroughly, looking for the usual avenues to make payments, but to my dismay, I have been unable to find any relevant sections or options for loan repayment. This has left me quite concerned, as I am committed to maintaining a good financial standing and ensuring timely repayments.

I understand that the circumstances surrounding the lockdown may have led to changes or updates in the app interface. However, the lack of clear information or accessible repayment channels is causing undue stress and uncertainty on my end.

To facilitate a prompt resolution, I kindly request the following:

Clarification on Repayment Process: Please provide clear instructions on how to access the loan repayment options within the Cash Been app.

Alternative Payment Channels: In case there are technical issues preventing the display of repayment options within the app, kindly inform me of alternative channels or methods through which I can make timely payments.
