Hi Team,
I really had one of the worst experience with airtel customer center at btm 2nd stage Bangalore.
I purchased hotspot for Rs.999 on 29th November for which the representative mentioned bill will be emailed in an hour which i havent received yet.
Also the representative mentioned the sim has been activated which is not at the moment which only i got to know after calling the customer care.
He never mentioned whether this sim is prepaid or postpaid.
He gave me his number 7022918928, and he is disconnecting my call repetitively. since then.
My number which was issued for 4g hotspot is 9845195063, for which SIM number is 8991000902284436051U.
