I am a Jio user residing in Kochi, Kerala. Since the morning of June 16, 2025, I have been facing a complete outage of Jio services, including mobile network and internet connectivity. This disruption has significantly affected my daily activities and communication.
There has been no official update or explanation from Jio so far, and I am unable to use basic services for which I am regularly charged. I kindly request your intervention to investigate the issue and ensure that proper steps are taken by Jio to restore services and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused.
