Myself Balaji Cuppala with hathway account  number 1105766008. I been facing problems with HATHWAY internet. As soon as i login to my lappy i get a message as ” Your network bandwith is unstable” and i would not be able to browse. I been raising complaints from almost 3 months, but no body responds back or give solution to my issue. Suddenly i get a sms saying my complaint has been closed. No one contacts me to verify whether problem has been resolved. I been facing this problem since May 2020. One technician said there is problem with modem,  but later no body came to repair or replace. I been a loyal customer with hathway from almost 6 years. This is not the kind of service or treatment a customer deserves. This is very pathetic and unethical practise. I would have disconnected long back but i have paid for an year, they are taking advantage of this. I have attached the screenshot of complaints raised by me with out getting any solution. Please dont even think about hathway connection worst of worst service.
