I have placed an order from Paytm application on 5th November 2018 for a mobile back cover. But soon I cancelled the order as I found out a better deal. 123 rupees was there in my paytm wallet which was deducted. And its been 5 days now still no notification of cancellation has come up and my paytm wallet money also was not refunded while in other portals this process of cancellation happend with in a blink. Its still showing after several days that cancellation process initiated/requested.
This is my first time when I thought of shopping from paytm without taking the other foul reviews on paytm and this is where I landed. This app is so messy and so bad that I will not think about shopping from here anymore..
I thought that it will be delivered but I am not getting any kind of notification or update from paytm. Please resolve the issue. Either cancel the order or deliver it. Do something. This is utterly disgusting. I am attaching the screenshots. Please take a step.
