Text of Complaint by Shubham Agnihotri:

I have been try from last one year but unable to PORT my number from Airtel. Whenever I tried to generate UPC it showed message that
“UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”

Kindly let me know what should I have to do regarding this.

  1. UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
