Text of Complaint by Priyanka:

I have purchased an Asus Laptop from Amazon on 19th February 2021, and have paid Rs 1,12,610 Rs on the same date from my credit card. I received it on 22nd February and it was not in working condition. On the same day I registered a complaint and they have arranged a service checkup on the 25th February. The service guy affirmed that the laptop is not in working condition and we have requested for the return of the laptop and for the returning of money. They have kept us waiting till 1st March and with the reason that pick is not available till the said date. On today 1st March 2021 the guy came and refused to take the laptop by saying that the serial number is not matching. I have all the packaging and invoice, bill number and video recording. It is so irritating to call continuously and still we are not getting any satisfactory answer. There is no responsible person to deal with. My credit card due date is 4th February and I will have to pay an amount and extra charges if I miss that date. Even after several calling I am not getting my refund.
