Lost/damages Sim, after Unlock of the COVID applied with all documents & got Duplicate Air tel Sim on 28th June 2021. Till today it is not activated. Visiting Airtel Office, Standard reply it is backend issued, it is in process.
Mail replies of the Airtel Customer Care Standard replies “thanks for your patience, your request in progress”.
If we donot have sufficient balance, immediately The service will be stopped, but now they are deducting & renewing the plan, still not providing the service.
