I have ordered for Airpods combo – combo pack of sony ear bud with samsung level bluetooth ear beat on 21st July 2020. I received the order confirmation from Music era and the order no is Order #DEALZ37501. I booked as cash on delivery. Today (25.7.20) I received a courier shipped by Gadget 24 By 7/E-widget store. I was forced to pay before checking the product. After paying I opened the envelope. The product which they gave is Extra bass stereo head phone ( A chinese product) . Apart from this there is no specification about the product and no proper bill. When I was enquiring the delivery person, he said, he has no idea, as per return/refund policy the customer has to do. I thought of contacting through phone or e mail. No proper way to contact through phone or mail.
Even in the shipment cover it is mentioned as Airpods combo,

Let me know the way to return the product and get the product which I have ordered.
