No customer service or store operators are able to sort the issue.
I am using idea postpaid SIM since 4 years. From the last 4 months I started facing issue in network.whenever someone calls me they were getting alert that they are calling to invalid number.However my phone and SIM is active and also full network strength was also available then to the person who calls me always get invalid number when he calls first time. He has to try twice or thrice to get it connected to my number.
I have raised complaint twice in customer service and one of ideas main technician called me and said there is no issue with the idea network and hence please connect to any Vodafone store and get duplicate SIM.
As he suggested I went to Vodafone mini store, plamoodu,thiruvananthapuram.
They have provided one duplicate idea SIM and told me that the SIM will get activated on 4 hours. Since I was using idea for padt 4 years with no doubt and with all the trust to idea I have come back to my home and waited for 4 hours to get it activated. But unfortunately even after 24 hours the SIM didny get activated.
I called again to the customer service and complained and they have guided to check all the settings in mobile which I followed but no progress.. They they have told me to try with other handset and follow the same settings procedure.. But still no results.
Then I called to the store where I took the duplicate SIM they also not able to help.
I am helpless and forced now to raise in forum.
