I would like to do a highest level of escalation in regards to my tatasky account.

Issue – wanted to activate the secondary box.
Compline raised on 12th May.
Technician visited and changed the box with new customer ID which was not asked.
New customer ID was not registered under my name or number .
Raised multiple complaints but never received any call back.
Reached the same technican
He came and upgraded the box
I had already paid him Rs 700 via online to his number.
Now after upgrading the box the connection is not activated
When enquired the vendor says that he ( technician)has to send him money so that he can activate.
Technician is not doing it and as a customer I’m suffering for no fault of mine.
I would like you guys to check this on priority and get this fixed ASAP and need a compensation for all the Depression that I have gone through during this pandamic.
