Hello
we have purchased a recliner on 17th july 2022 from royal oak India Pvt ltd from karmanghat store they said will provide the warranty for 1 year as we lost the comfort of our recliners so we requested for the service now they are saying its a paid service and not responding to us
kindly resolve my issue at the earliest
