I got a Crompton fan on 21st March 2022 from Flipkart. Fan has not worked for the past 45 days. I have raised a service request to Crompton and a service person visited my place and informed me that the fan needs to be replaced and he will raise a request for a new fan. After 10 days, when I called him back, he mentioned that it is not possible to replace the fan from our end and asked me to contact the Seller. So I reached Flipkart customer service and they mentioned the issue would be resolved by 22nd July 2022 and no resolution was provided to me. I reached out to Flipkart again on 27th July 2022 and the Flipkart backend team raised the return request for my product, but on 28th July 2022, I received a message that “The return request was cancelled due to the product not matching but nobody visited my place to pick up the fan and the wrong message was provided to me and the return request was cancelled”. I again reached Flipkart customer service but they disconnected my call in between while talking. After 3 times, the callback service person mentioned that the issue would be resolved by 4th Aug 2022. Flipkart backend team raised return request again and 30th July 2022 they have taken back fan but updated the status as refund cancelled. Now I am continuously following up with Flipkart service team but no solution provided.
