For the order id#116095669647083480501 Which is Pepe Jeans unis@x Oval Sunglasses and received the product on 27 Dec below is the concern.

1. I’ve received the product on 27th Dec and I’ve placed an exchange request on the same day due to Size constraint.

2. Later I changed my mind and canceled the same request ideally this should cancel the exchange request, rather it displayed a message saying that a “Refund has been initiated and will be credited on Jan-6th to my Card ending with XXXX” which I’ve used to Book. So looking at that message I didn’t initiate a refund.

3. I’ve called the Myntra team on Jan-3rd and there must be a recording for it, where Myntra representative told me that amount will be credited on Jan-6th and I was still in an assumption that the amount refund will happen on jan6th.

4.Till Jan 6th I was in an assumption that amount will be credited and on Jan8th again I’ve called Myntra team where they said its a system error that was not expected.

5. And hence I’ve escalated the issue to the concerned team

Keeping in mind the above points and referring to the attached Screenshots please initiate a refund since the product delivered doesn’t fit my face and I completely agree that the time period has been completed and the cancellation was for the exchange, but I was expecting a refund since Day-1 of the cancellation looking at the first 3 mentioned points and system error, representative promising for refund on Jan-3rd is where the whole mess started and need a proper justification for the same.
